At FelicityRoot Fragrance, we're committed to delivering different types of fragrances at affordable prices. We understand the importance of customer satisfaction when purchasing our perfumes.

Important: Due to hygiene regulations and the nature of fragrance products, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned for resale once delivered.

Damaged Product Returns

If you receive a damaged, broken, or leaked perfume bottle, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. We provide hassle-free exchanges for transit-damaged fragrances.

What's Covered Under Our Return Policy

  • Broken bottles
  • Missing items from your order
  • Incorrect fragrance delivered

What's Not Covered

Our premium fragrances contain carefully crafted scent profiles. We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personal fragrance preferences or scent sensitivities
  • Damage due to improper storage or usage
  • Natural ingredient reactions (patch testing recommended)
  • Serial number and/or the bar code is tampered by the user.
  • The colour shade of the product received is not identical to the colour shade of the relevant product as reflected on the product display page.

All packages are tamper-proof sealed. Please do not accept if the seal is broken or damaged, as accepting it will void any return claims for damaged, incorrect, or missing items.

Refund Requirements

To claim a refund for your perfume:

  1. Unboxing Video: Record opening your package with original packaging visible
  2. Photo Evidence: Clear images of any damage, leakage, or incorrect items
  3. Original Packaging: Keep all packaging materials for verification

Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 10-15 working days for prepaid orders from acceptance date.

Delivery Issues: If your perfume order is marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 24 hours. No refunds will be processed after this period.

Refund Exclusions

Once the payment for an order has been processed, cancellations will no longer be possible.
